GNCC has issued the written warning on “Samautskeblo Sakhli” Ltd (Radio Shanson) for violating the rules on sponsorship.

GNCC has examined four radio channels of “Radio Holding Fortuna” Ltd (Ar Daidardo, “Fortuna +, “Fortuna and AvtoRadio) and has concluded, that the company had been placing commercial ads violating the rules, due to which, the holding has been sanctioned with a written warning.

GNCC has issued a written warning on “TV Company Kavkasia” Ltd for violating rules on Copyright and Related Rights.

GNCC has issued a permit to use the numbering resource based on the application submitted by “Intel Phone” Ltd.

GNCC, for the purpose to ensure the provision of broadband services, including the implementation of the fourth generation (4G) services, in order to obtain licenses for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, has announced the auction consisting of 9 lots in total.
