By the resolution of Georgian National Communications Commission “Tbilisis Arkhi” Ltd authorized on private general TV broadcasting. The company is going to start broadcasting from March 2017 by the internet and Pay TV operators. “Tbilisis Arkhi” will broadcast 15 hours in a day on Georgian and Russian languages. Based on the documentation submitted to the Commission, Nino Khundadze is director and 100% shareholder of “Tbilisis Arkhi”.

“GDS TV” Ltd applied to Georgian National Communications Commission and requested modification of broadcasting type. The Commission satisfied company’s request. “GDS TV” Ltd will offer society private specialized (entertainment/cognitive) broadcasting instead of private general broadcasting.

“Airuveda” Ltd applied to Georgian National Communications Commission and requested specialized broadcasting authorization for the purpose of creating cognitive/entertainment TV channel. Georgian National Communications Commission started reviewing dispute based on the complaint submitted by K. Kaladze against “Magticom” Ltd by the resolution of 15 December 2016.
