ComCom Launches the Digital Support Programme in Vani
The Communications Commission has launched the Digital Support Programme in the Municipality of Vani. As part of the initiative, informational meetings were held with representatives of the local authorities, Town Hall representatives in the target villages, and the head of the local Resource Centre. ComCom representatives provided participants with detailed information about the programme.
The programme promotes the functional and practical use of the internet by local residents and is open to people living in the target communities of the Municipality of Vani. Training sessions will cover the following topics: purposeful and safe use of the internet, artificial intelligence literacy, and the internet for employment. During the seminars, participants will learn about important topics such as searching for the desired information online, using Google applications, making purposeful use of social media platforms, and more.
The Communications Commission will conduct training sessions in the following settlements in the Municipality of Vani: Zeda Gora, Zeindari, Imerukheti, Inashauri, Romaneti, Saprasia, Sulori, Ukhuti, and Dzulukhi. Any resident aged 14 or above in these communities can take part in the training free of charge. Those interested in attending the training sessions should contact the programme’s Digital Ambassador at 555 74 28 48.
ComCom representatives have also met with residents of the target villages in the Municipality of Vani to provide information about the programme.
