ComCom Announces Competition for Cultural-Creative Radio Broadcasting License
The Communications Commission has announced a competition for cultural-creative radio broadcasting license. In accordance with the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting, eligible applicants include non-profit (non-commercial) legal entities under private law or legal entities of public law — specifically, cultural organisations that promote various fields of culture and provide broad audiences with educational and informational content about cultural developments.
Within the framework of the competition, a specialised license for cultural-creative radio broadcasting will be issued for Broadcasting Zone N1 – Tbilisi. Applicants may submit documentation to the Communications Commission until 1 June 2026, at 17:00.
The competition for the cultural-creative radio broadcasting license will be held on 9 July 2026.
