ComCom Issues a Written Warning to POSTV for Failing to Air Pre-Election Debates
The Communications Commission has issued a written warning to POSTV for failing to air pre-election debates during the 2025 municipal elections.
According to the Law on Broadcasting, a broadcaster is obliged to air pre-election debates and ensure the participation of all qualified electoral subjects in a non-discriminatory manner during the pre-election campaign in its coverage zone.
Due to the fact that the broadcaster had not been sanctioned for similar violations in the past year, the Communications Commission issued it with a written warning in accordance with the law.
