“TV-Company Stereo I” Ltd has addressed GNCC with a request to modify its broadcasting authorization. No impediments have been revealed during the simple administrative proceedings. Therefore, in accordance with the Georgian law “on Broadcasting” the Commission has made a decision to carry out the modification of the authorization of “TV-Company Stereo I” and has defined type of specialized (musical) TV broadcasting for the company.
