Despite numerous attempts, GNCC was unable to deliver a notice in relation to the place and date of the proceedings in regard to the imposition of administrative responsibility to “Radex” Ltd. Respectively, content of the letter sent to “Radex” Ltd is being officially published at the Commission’s web-site.

In accordance with the section 2 of Article 95 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, as well as, in accordance with the paragraph 14 of Article 34 of the Regulations of the Activities of GNCC, please be informed, that the session scheduled at GNCC (hereafter the Commission) for June 2^nd, 2016, has been postponed and is being re-scheduled for June 16, 2016, at 3 pm, at the following address: Tbilisi 0144, Ketevan Tsamebuli Ave/ Bochorma Str # 50/18.

The Commission’s session examines an issue in regard to the imposition of an administrative responsibility on “Radex” Ltd related to the violation of obligations defined by the Commission decision №12 of October 28, 2005, “on regulation fee determination and payment rule requirements" as well as, due to the violation of  sub-paragraphs  a) b) and l) of paragraph 2 of Article 19 of the Georgian law “on Electronic Communications” and of paragraph 4 of Article 12 on declaration of the partial annulment of Commission decision №421/19 of July 25, 2008, on approval of the new forms of statistical reports.

At the same time, please be informed, that in accordance with the Articles 98 and 99 of the “General Administrative Code, “ “Radex Ltd holds all the rights to present to the Commission proof , as well as petitions for the purpose to study case related circumstances and get acquainted with the copies of existing administrative materials. 

Please, ensure the involvement of your authorized representatives during the administrative proceedings.

The Commission believes, that publishing content of a notice at the web-site (www.gncc.ge) and at the public space, is an alternative form for “Radex” Ltd for familiarization.
