Georgia Authors Society notified the Georgian National Communications Commission that the so called “pirate versions” of the film “5 Days of August” have been distributed on certain web sites (10 different web sites). The cinematographic production has been placed on these web sites through infringement of the Georgian Law on “Copyright and Adjoining Rights “.

The Georgian National Communications Commission will take all appropriate measures in regard to the matter and the owners of web sites will be required to cease infringement, otherwise the authorized persons providing the web hosting will be required to block the web sites.
