In accordance with the decision of GNCC, joint request submitted by “Caucasus Online” Ltd and “Magticom” Ltd in relation to transfer permits for the usage of numbering resources owned by “Caucasus Online” Ltd to “Magticom” Ltd has been satisfied.

In accordance with the same decision, public administrative proceedings have been launched in order to declare void specific obligations set upon “Caucasus Online” Ltd as for the significant power holder operator in the electronic communications market for the service of retail segment and also, to set these obligations upon “Magticom” Ltd. Public hearing session of an issue will be held on September 1^st, 2016, at 3 pm. The Commission to announce its decision within 10 working days after the public hearing session. As a reminder, GNCC has granted prior consent to “Magticom” Ltd to acquire retail service operational assets owned by “Caucasus online” Ltd in the month of November in 2015.  The agreement between the parties has been signed during the spring period of the current year.

“Magticom” Ltd has become an owner of the following numbering resources:

To provide fixed telephony services in the city of Tbilisi:

 At index- 242 7XXX - 242 9XXX - three thousand subscriber numbers;

At index - 200 XXXX – 10 thousand subscriber numbers;

At index- 220 XXXX - 10 thousand subscriber numbers;

At index - 248 0XXX - 248 4XXX – 5 thousand subscriber numbers;

At index - 250 5XXX - 250 9XXX - 5 thousand subscriber numbers;

At index- 297 0XXX - 297 4XXX- 5 thousand subscriber numbers;

City of Poti at index - 20 0XXX- 10 thousand subscriber numbers;

City of Batumi at index - 20 0XXX- 10 thousand subscriber numbers;

City of Zugdidi at index - 20 0XXX - 20 1XXX – 2 thousand subscriber numbers;

City of Kutaisi at index- 20 0XXX - 10 thousand subscriber numbers;

“Magticom” Ltd has also obtained numbering resource to ensure following services, the geographical area of which, consists of an entire Georgian territory:

Numbering resource: 900 000 060 - 900 000 089 (30 subscriber numbers in total) in order to provide services by means of intellectual networks (additional cost);

Numbering resource: 800 100 110 - 800 100 159, (50 subscriber numbers in total) by means of intellectual networks (free of charge);

Numbering resource: 1-6-3-3-3 –1 subscriber number in order to provide non-telecommunications service;

Numbering resource: 1-6-1-8-8 - 1 subscriber number in order to provide non-telecommunications service;

The permits for the usage of above-mentioned numbering resources have no time limit and are subject for an annual renewal.
