An agreement on co-operation for the following year was signed with Lithuanian Regulatory Authority

An agreement on co-operation for the following year has been signed between Georgian National Communications Commission and the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania. The document was signed by the chairman of the Georgian National Communications Commission – Vakhtang Abashidze and by the director of the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania – Feliksas Dobrovolskis.

The dense relationship between two administrative authorities has begun in 2011, as a result of the signage of co-operation memorandum.

Bilateral cooperation document aims to contribute to the cooperation in the field of electronic communications, joint implementation of measures, exchange information and experiences. At today’s meeting, parties agreed on the signage of additional co-operational memorandum for roaming service market segment and on future cooperation plans. The operators from both countries authorized to provide roaming services will be involved in the process.
