In accordance with the decision of GNCC, “Jodo Telecommunications” Ltd has been sanctioned in the form of written warning due to the failure to present information.

Based on a data of the Commission’s registry, on April 17, 2015, “Jodo Telecommunications” Ltd has carried out an authorization to provide international telephony (voice) services. From month of June of the same year, company has begun practical activities (termination of international traffic in Georgia).

From month of April of 2015, “Jodo Telecommunications” Ltd, prior to launching the study of an issue didn’t fill out forms of statistical reports, didn’t submit regulation fee calculations and therefore didn’t pay regulation fee. On top of it, the company has not submitted detailed information in regarding telephone calls as well. (СDR).
