GNCC has made a decision to suspend broadcasting authorizations to “Ray Light” Ltd, “"Economists and Entrepreneurs Fund" Ltd, “Music Box Georgia” Ltd, “TV-Company Kutaisi” Ltd, “Neverland TV” Ltd and to physical persons Sopio Kuchava and Hamlet Gegia.

In accordance with sub-paragraph b) of Paragraph 11 of Article 451 of the Georgian law “ on Electronic Communications” the Commission is entitled to suspend the authorization on its own initiative, if, an authorized entity more than one year, jointly:

a) Do not provide authorized activities;

b) Do not present regulation fee and 0 fee to the Commission;  

C) Do not pay regulation fee.  

The Commission has revealed, that above-mentioned entities do not provide authorized activities. Therefore, the Commission has made a decision in regard to the suspension of their broadcasting licenses.
